功能（néng）特點

本機采用日本三菱 600 行程機（jī）械手，進口攝像頭（tóu），鬆下 pLc 等國際高端電（diàn）器，定位尺寸大，精（jīng）度高，運行穩定．速度快，可操控性強，轉版調機五分鍾左右，適（shì）合各種紙（zhǐ）盒、皮殼、內神狗送紙、過膠、對位生產，尤其是（shì）下拉式貼內襯裝置完全解決了皮（pí）殼（ké）刮花的問題。該機全部由本公司自主研發、設計、生產，其中伺服凸輪飛達部分、過（guò）膠部分、榴字控製（zhì）部分已經獲得多項國家（jiā）專利。

Features

This machine adopts Mitsubishi 600 stroke manipulator, imported camera, Panasonic PLC and other international high-end electrical appliances, with large positioning size, high precision, stable operation, fast speed and strong controllability. It is suitable for all kinds of cartons, leather cases, inner god dog paper feeding, gluing and alignment production, especially the pull-down lining device, which completely solves the scratch problem of leather case. The machine is all independently developed, designed and produced by our company. The servo cam Feida part, glue passing part and durian control part have obtained a number of national patents.
