該機主要分為定位（wèi）模塊、貼角模塊和（hé）成型模塊三大部分；可實現各類紙盒、木盒、膠盒生產時的自（zì）動送紙（zhǐ）、自動過膠、自動（dòng）貼角、自動定位、手（shǒu）動成型和自動壓泡等，一係列工藝工序的自動完成，轉版速度快，製作盒體精美．定位模塊的黑白皮帶、雙鏡頭（tóu）、自動糾偏．貼角模塊的智能（néng）調節、不粘膠膠帶槽、雙升紙（zhǐ）台．成型模塊的智能調節（jiē）、自動鎖固（gù）、伺服（fú）凸輪動作、免換鏟刀和壓泡板等，均由我司自行研發設（shè）計生產，並獲得多項國家專利。
